By making this application you are confirming that you have read the relevant admissions guide and understand your responsibilities as the applicant.

You can only use this portal to make an application on behalf if you pay your council tax to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Applications from residents of other local authorities will not be processed.

You can only make an application on behalf of your child if you have parental responsibility for the child and you have the agreement of all other people with parental responsibility to make the application, or there is a court order allowing this application. Any applications subject to a dispute will not be processed until agreement has been reached, and this may affect your child’s change of being allocated a place at a preferred school.

Any offer of a place will be on the basis that the information supplied is complete and up to date, and the admission address provided will be the same for your child at the start of the school term or you have informed the Admissions team of the change to your address. You must notify the Admissions team directly of any changes to the information provided on your application, even if a school place offer has been made. If you fail to notify the Admissions team of a change in your circumstances this will be treated as an attempt to obtain a school place by using incorrect information.

The Admissions team will determine your permanent address for admissions purposes. We will verify the address provided against the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s council tax database. We reserve the right to contact you for additional evidence of your address at any time to ensure applications are being made from a child's permanent address. Information on how the permanent address is assessed for admissions purposes can be found in the relevant admissions guide.

By making this application you agree to reasonable enquiries being made to third parties if information you have provided needs to be verified.

Please read the Privacy Notice for information on organisations with which we may share your data and the legal basis for sharing that data.

Any school place offer obtained through fraudulent, intentionally misleading or incorrect information may be withdrawn, even if your child has started at the school.
